feeling like a cosmic criminal
like a stray dog
living on cosmic crumbs
invisible chains of shame
pull me down
the brown river
a dead fish on its back
when I look up
my eye caught the silhouette
of her leg
perfectly curved
like ten exploding suns
the smell of the earth and rain
the moon like cotton wool
enlightening a red and gold pagoda
early morning chanting
channeling the pulsating life force
back into my body
through my skull and back
